was really good!
warm welcome infinity pool friendly staff delicious food
i had an amazing stay the hotel provided a warm welcome the resort included a large infinity pool with plenty of sunbeds available i fully relaxed thanks to the all-inclusive experience the staff members were really friendly it made my short stay wonderful i would love to return the food was also delicious
the gym could use a little updating its equipment felt slightly dated

i received very attentive service from all staff members they were quick to help and always smiling there was a dedicated guest relations team assisting with requests ensuring a smooth experience.

i sampled many dishes at the main restaurant they offered great variety and high quality ingredients i also visited one of the à la carte restaurants it was very tasty the presentation was immaculate.

the hotel boasted multiple pools one infinity pool overlooked the sea there was a water park i enjoyed using the fitness center equipped with modern machines and weights it was great.

Not Quite the Dream I Was Hoping For
lukewarm food limited hangers
The room had a coffee machine with pods, which I suppose was acceptable.
Well, the food was not exactly piping hot! I think that's putting it mildly. It was pretty much always lukewarm, a culinary adventure I could have skipped. The room itself, oh the room. It wasn't quite the beautiful oasis promised, and the bed only had four hangers. Really?

malfunctioning elevator trip hazard
the elevators werent workin correct, i got stuck for few mins and there wasnt no response to any emergency buttons. i told guest services about this but no one seemed to care. also, i saw a big trip hazard in the restaurant. i told the restaurant staff twice but still nothing.

red wine spacious grounds friendly staff
the beautiful double room had a lovely sea view! fresh fruit and a bottle of red wine welcomed me upon arrival. the hotel grounds are spacious with various activities! i enjoyed the friendly staff.
the gym was a bit small.

helpful zarina guest relations undercooked meat tepid food
zarina from guest relations was very helpful to me. she assisted with all requests i had and she was always ready to assist.
the food at the buffet wasn't always hot. also the meat was sometimes undercooked so that was not appetising
